iPad 3: Rumours Abound

iPad 3: Rumours Abound

As you all should know by now the iPad 2 was released not so long ago. What you may not be aware of is the fact that people are already talking about the iPad 3. Yes you read right, the iPad 3.

Rumours are already abound that the iPad 3 has already been made and shipped to a number of retail outlets. Now they are predicting what will be included in the new device including features such as retina displays, camera, and a bigger chip set. If you follow the rumour mongers the iPad will have graphic as good as a Paul Horton print. Wishful thinking I say.

Many are saying the iPad 3 will be released sometime in September this year. This would make it just a few months after that of the iPad 2, so it is highly unlikely. I guess we will see.

Some are saying that the new iPad 3 will come fitted with a dual core processor called the Apple A6. This again is really difficult to accept as the iPhone 5 is expected to have an A5 not an A6 so it is more likely that an A5 will be in the iPad 3. Now if it is that the iPad 3 will have an A6 then chances are it won’t be released until sometime next year as the chip makers as not releasing these types until late this year.

It is also rumoured that an NFC chip will be included which means that users will be able to access and use your setting and data by simply flicking your wrist.

HP To End PC Business

Recently, HP announced its decision to go back to its roots. But this would mean radically changing the main business activity of the company which is the production of PCs and computer technology development. When the company was found, it was dedicated to serving the special needs of engineers and to develop ’machinery and equipment that every engineer would find necessary to exercise his profession'- such technology includes photo-shooting equipment, measuring equipment and different mechanical and electric tools for engineers and architects.

The decision of HP to go back to its roots is not quite welcomed around the world. Many IT support London specialists would probably find such a decision quite dramatic especially when most of the computer devices world is dominated by HP. In the US and Korea where the company is traditionally quite strong, the shares of HP dropped in value with nearly 20% – such a decrease makes the company almost worthless as compared to its value when it first started dominating over the computer market.

Some suggestions indicate that the company is longer a competitive rival to companies that deliver the best of computer technologies nowadays – starting with Sony and Apple and reaching Acer and Lenovo. Others think that this is a major development intended to bring the company fame in one particular sector where less competition is expected – engineering. This would mean that more specialized technology would be delivered by HP and less consumer technology would reach the stores for the general consumer.

R4 Today…Back up Game tomorrow!

With computers becoming ever more powerful, it is easy to forget that one of the main reasons for advances in the technology is because of the gaming market. As one of the many people who enjoy gaming on a regular basis, I am always keen to see how fast my machine can run and at what level graphics and sound can be processed at. The console market is of particular interest at the moment.
